Line shaft conveyors are a proven solution for moving cartons, totes, and packaged goods across accumulation and transportation zones where moderate loads and controlled flow are required. These systems use a single rotating shaft with distributed spools and urethane O-rings to power multiple rollers from one drive. The design supports long runs with consistent roller engagement while reducing the number of motors required across the conveyor path.

Line shaft conveyors are commonly applied in environments where quiet operation, low energy consumption, and flexible layout options are priorities. The modular construction allows straight sections, curves, spurs, and transfers to be integrated into a unified system. Load movement is friction-based, which supports gentle product handling and controlled accumulation when paired with appropriate controls and zone configurations.

This conveyor type is well suited for facilities that require scalable material handling layouts and straightforward maintenance access. Components such as rollers, belts, and spools can be serviced without full system disassembly, supporting long-term reliability in daily production environments.

738LS | Light Duty Line Shaft Driven Live Roller Conveyor

The 738LS line shaft live roller conveyor is engineered for light-duty conveying of cartons, totes, and flat-bottomed loads in low to moderate speed applications. Powered through a single rotating shaft with polyurethane belt drives, each roller is activated with minimal complexity, making it efficient for layouts requiring curves, spurs, or accessory modules driven by the same shaft.

738LSC | Light Duty Line Shaft Driven Curve Module

The 738LSC module extends the 738LS system into curved pathways, maintaining product orientation with tapered rollers that align loads through directional changes. This curve module is designed to be driven directly from a standard line shaft drive section, eliminating the need for additional motors.

796LS | Line Shaft Driven Live Roller Conveyor

The 796LS represents a medium-duty line shaft live roller conveyor suitable for heavier carton and tote applications when compared with light-duty models. It utilizes 1.9” diameter grooved rollers and a single centralized drive that transmits power along the drive shaft to multiple rollers via polyurethane belts.

796LSC | Line Shaft Driven Curve Module

The 796LSC curve conveyor is a medium-duty line shaft driven curved module designed to integrate with a 796LS conveyor drive. Tapered rollers help maintain load orientation around bends, ensuring minimal product shift through directional changes.

796LSS | Line Shaft Converging Spur Module

The 796LSS converging spur module allows secondary lanes to merge product flows onto a main conveyor line. Designed to be driven off a primary 796LS drive shaft, it reduces the need for local motors while maintaining consistent drive engagement throughout the spur section.

796LSDS | Line Shaft Diverging Switch Module

The 796LSDS diverging switch module provides controlled diversion of product from a main conveyor into spur lines. A pneumatically actuated pivot section of rollers skews to direct loads quickly and efficiently, enabling dynamic routing in systems designed around a line shaft drive.

796LSX | Line Shaft Cross-Over Module

The 796LSX cross-over module facilitates the routing of products over an adjacent conveyor path, maintaining continuity of movement without interfering with drive shaft alignment. Available with left or right cross-over orientations, this component simplifies complex system layouts.

796LSG | Line Shaft Gate Module

The 796LSG gate module creates an accessible operator passage through a conveyor line while still being driven by the existing line shaft system. Gas cylinder assist raises or lowers the gate section, enabling safe and frequent crossing points in busy production or handling areas.

RBT3 | 3-Strand 90° Round Belt Transfer

The RBT3 transfer conveyor is engineered to provide a 90 degree transfer of loads up to approximately 100 pounds using three round belt strands. This module enables smooth directional change with minimal product disturbance and integrates with line shaft or other conveyor systems.
