Celebrating 50 Years of Dedication: Jerry Banks and Donald Creekmore

Please join us in recognizing two incredible milestones. Jerry Banks and Donald Creekmore are each celebrating 50 years with the company.

Jerry began his career in 1973 in Fabrication and quickly proved himself as a leader. By 1975, he was promoted to Fabrication Group Leader, where he helped lead fabrication during the company’s first move to a second shift. In 1978, he became Fabrication Manager, guiding the department through decades of growth and innovation. Over the years, Jerry has witnessed and contributed to major advancements in technology, from manual punches on the OBI machine to computer-controlled systems like the Weideman and today’s advanced laser systems.

Jerry reflects on his journey with a smile: “I started here as a 21 year old good looking young man. Now I’m 74 and still good looking. This is a great place to work, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”

Donald began his career in 1974 in roller making, building a strong foundation in manufacturing from day one. By 1976, he was promoted to Gravity Assembly Group Leader, and in 1978 he transitioned into Engineering. His expertise and commitment led to his promotion to Engineering Manager in 1991, where he played a key role in driving innovation and supporting the company’s growth.

Donald’s legacy extends across generations. He worked alongside his brothers Ray and Bobby, followed by his son Donnie, and now his grandson Logan continues that tradition today. Few families have made such a lasting impact across multiple generations.

Thank you, Jerry and Donald, for your hard work, leadership, and dedication over the past five decades. Your contributions have helped shape the company and will continue to influence its future for years to come.
