The extendible telescoping truckloader from Roach Conveyors is engineered to withstand the rigors of loading docks and shipping areas where forklift and other collision hazards are common. Dedicating significant time and money to maintain your current truck loaders can lead to downtime and diminishing returns. The extendible telescoping conveyor offers the perfect solution.
Constructed from a 10-inch structural steel channel framework, this two-piece telescoping conveyor features very few moving parts, ensuring years of virtually maintenance-free operation. The framework and 1.9-inch galvanized rollers are set low within the frame to create integral product guides, keeping cartons securely on the conveyor. Additionally, the frame is built to withstand impacts from forklifts, trailer walls, and other shipping area hazards.
