The Roach Smart Conveyors are zero pressure accumulating conveyors featuring Motorized Driven Rollers (MDR) and controllers from Itoh Denki. These conveyors include a 1.9” dia roller in either a set high (5” high) or set low (7” high) bed frame. Standard accumulation zone lengths include 18”, 24”, and 30” depending on the length of the conveyor.

The Roach Smart Conveyors feature controllers from Itoh Denki . These controllers are available in programmable or fixed formats capable of handling simple to complex systems and are easily modified for future growth. This new state of the art, programmable, technology allows for zone-to-zone control through Ethernet/IP communication. This makes zone and product control easy to control.
