The MDR Curve is a Roach Smart Conveyor featuring Motorized Driven Rollers (MDR) and controllers from Itoh Denki. This Curve is an accumulating conveyor driven by the same 1.9” dia MDR found in the Accumulation conveyor. This drive roller is mounted inside the frame and powers the 2.5” tapered tread rollers, making it possible to maintain product orientation throughout the curve.

The Roach Smart Conveyors feature controllers from Itoh Denki . These controllers are available in programmable or fixed formats making it possible to accumulate product in the curve. This new state of the art programmable, technology allows for zone-to-zone control through Ethernet/IP communication. This makes zone and product control easy to control.
