The PPF flat top plastic belt parts conveyor with flights is engineered to convey small parts and components using a flat polypropylene belt fitted with streamline flights. Standard flight height is 2 inches with optional 1 inch and 4 inch flights and overlapping sideguards available to support containment and positive tracking of small items during incline or horizontal conveying.
Precision bearings and a heavy duty enclosed bed with UHMW wear strips support durable operation in manufacturing environments where repeated handling of small parts is required. Portable floor supports with casters allow the unit to be relocated easily, and the design accommodates a range of small part handling requirements such as feeding assemblies, retrieving molded components, or moving finished parts between workstations.
