The PC parts conveyor is a compact belt conveyor designed to collect and move small parts, chips, slugs, and scrap material from machining, fabrication, or assembly equipment to hoppers, bins, or other containers for disposal or recycling. It is available with a cleated nitrile belt or a wire mesh belt with galvanized cleats to support a range of material types while maintaining traction and controlled movement.
Construction includes a formed box-type bed with precision, lubricated bearing pulleys and a screw-type take-up at the tail to maintain belt tension. Portable supports with adjustable casters allow the unit to be positioned directly beneath production equipment, while a flapper gate at the infeed end helps manage entry of loose material. Designed for dependable operation, this model is suited to continuous scrap handling tasks common in machine shops and manufacturing lines.
