The Motor Driven Zone Accumulator (MDZ) delivers a simple, efficient, and low-maintenance solution for controlled product flow across a wide range of applications including parcel handling, e-commerce fulfillment, airport operations, packaging, and distribution systems.
Powered by the low-profile Unidrive motor system, the MDZ is band-driven for smooth, near-silent operation and high-speed precision. Each accumulation zone supports up to 70 lbs per zone and moves 35–120 fpm, ensuring optimal performance for a variety of load sizes and throughput requirements.
Engineered to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve material flow, the MDZ provides precise control of sorting, packaging, quality inspection, and load balancing through light bar monitored accumulation zones.
