The PC-F parts conveyor with feeder integrates a horizontal feed section ahead of the conveyor bed to accept parts, chips, slugs, or scrap directly from production equipment before transporting the material into designated containers. Available with either nitrile cleated belting or wire mesh belting, the feeder section supports direct material entry and controlled conveying in environments with high scrap generation.
This configuration includes a lagged drive pulley or sprockets depending on belt choice, an enclosed bed with return pan, adjustable portable support with casters, and a screw-type take-up for belt adjustment. Minimum part size criteria ensure reliable movement of materials while the feeder section facilitates continuous clearing of debris from machining, stamping, or forming operations.
