The WP/WS gravity wheel conveyor series consists of modular gravity-driven wheel conveyors and curves built with prelubricated 1-15/16″ diameter ball bearing wheels on galvanized steel axles and supported in formed aluminum (WP/WA) or galvanized steel (WS) channel frames. These conveyors convey cartons, totes, and other flat-bottom loads by gravity or manual push across straight and curved sections with a 4-foot outside radius on curves.
Aluminum wheel versions support lighter loads at lower frame weight, while zinc-plated steel wheels and frames provide higher distributed live load capacity up to several hundred pounds per section, making the WP/WS line suitable for light to moderate unit load movement in shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging zones where quick, portable conveyor runs are required.
