The PowerFlex conveyor is a powered flexible roller conveyor built for situations where gravity alone is impractical and fixed powered conveyors cannot be easily deployed. Powered 1.5-inch grooved rollers driven through an accordion-style flexible frame provide controlled movement and accurate tracking along curves and extended lengths, making it suitable for dynamic shipping, staging, or flow paths. Standard conveying surface width is 30 inches with roughly 100 pounds per foot capacity and modular linking options for extended layouts.
An optional accumulation configuration adds controlled, zone based hold and release functionality that supports smooth product flow, load balancing, and processing between workstations. End stop sensors help reduce product damage at stops, and accumulation zones can be sized to specific operational needs, increasing flow control in packaging, quality check, or sort operations.
