The 192CDLR is a medium duty chain driven live roller conveyor engineered for controlled movement of unit loads such as tote pans, castings, drums, and palletized products that do not demand orientation control. Its roll-to-roll chain drive transmits torque directly through welded sprockets on each roller, supporting consistent motion and resistance to slippage in diverse operating conditions. The conveyor frame uses formed steel channel sections with enclosed chain drive and precision, lubricated bearings to support sustained operation.
This model is suitable where moderate load capacities and dependable serviceability are required. Reversible center drive options allow flexibility in layout configurations, and multiple roller center spacing options accommodate a range of load sizes.
