The SZ796LSZ combines zero pressure accumulation with a line shaft driven design that supports light to medium duty operations. Smart Zone® photoelectric sensors detect product presence for zone singulation without requiring a minimum product weight, allowing a wide variety of package sizes and formats to accumulate without back pressure. Its line shaft drive consolidates power delivery across connected modules, which can include spurs and curves driven from a single motor.
This configuration delivers an efficient solution where space constraints or system simplicity is prioritized, providing reliable accumulation control while minimizing the number of individual drives. The formed steel channel frame and precision bearings support continuous operation, making this conveyor suitable for integrated conveyor networks in light manufacturing, order fulfillment, and distribution centers.
