The Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) provides uninterrupted vertical transport using a series of carriers that move continuously to support higher throughput requirements. In a C-Flow configuration, product is conveyed from the lower level to the upper level on the same side of the unit, maintaining consistent entry and exit orientation for straightforward integration with horizontal conveyors.
In a Z-Flow configuration, product enters at the lower level and exits on the opposite side at the upper level, following a Z-shaped path that supports offset infeed and discharge points. Both configurations are designed for continuous operation and industrial-duty performance, making the CVC well suited for high-volume applications requiring efficient elevation change and flexible system layouts.
