The 138LRCS is a variation of the 138 series configured as a spur conveyor curve for diverting or merging product flow in light duty systems. It uses tapered rollers and belt drive pressure to maintain consistent orientation and motion through the spur section.
This configuration supports system branching where side lines or auxiliary paths are required without adding complex drive schemes. The light duty design accommodates lower mass loads typical in distribution and packaging environments, providing smooth transitions between conveyors.
