Chain Driven Zero Pressure Accumulator Smart Zone® Medium Duty Conveyor
The SZD192CDA medium duty chain driven zero pressure accumulator uses Smart Zone® sensing to detect product presence and control accumulation without requiring back pressure or minimum product weights. Zone singulation ensures products queue individually, reducing contact and improving handling consistency for mixed and medium duty product lines. It shares mechanical similarities with other chain driven designs, providing reliable traction and system integration for medium duty applications.
The conveyor’s enclosed chain guards, heavy duty bearings, and flexible center drive options support varied system layouts and ease of maintenance. This model is suitable where traditional sensor rollers might struggle, especially with mixed product sizes and weights, and fits well into manufacturing and distribution conveyor networks requiring controlled accumulation.
