CrossX™ Easy Transfer Roller

The CrossX™ Easy Transfer Roller converts a standard roller conveyor section into a bidirectional diverting solution while keeping the existing conveyor frame in place. Designed as a drop-in replacement for 1.9″ O.D. grooved rollers, CrossX™ installs into virtually any brand of compatible conveyor frame with no frame modifications required.

By replacing only the roller, CrossX™ provides a more cost-effective alternative to removing an existing roller section and replacing it with a TRT belt conveyor. CrossX™ enables smooth, controlled lateral movement of cartons, totes, and irregular loads while reducing manual push effort by up to 80%. It also supports product reorientation similar to a ball transfer, making it well suited for manual transfer zones, sortation support areas, intersecting conveyor lines, and operator-assisted package handling.
