Maintenance

POSITION SUMMARY:

Roach Manufacturing is searching for a new member for our maintenance team. The right candidate should meet or exceed the following criteria.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• • Must be detail oriented.

• • Possess a general working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

• • Troubleshooting skills.

• • Self-starter who can work efficiently without direct supervision.

• • Maintain the facility grounds.

• • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• • Maintain safety standards and duties.

• • Work with team members to meet goals.

• • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• • Ability to focus on continuous improvement.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, fine manipulation with hands, and lifting up to but no more than 80 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Production Floor

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
