Polyurethane bands are located on rollers to provide minimal points of contact on the glass and reduce the chance of damage and prevent breakage of the glass.

A 3-Strand 90 round-belt transfer allows for glass to be smoothly transitioned from loading and unloading areas to the main conveyor line.

To move glass to or from the conveyor, the transfer pops-up between the rollers and spins a 3/8 diameter round polyurethane belt to redirect the glass panes in a stable, nondestructive manner.
